IMPORTANT! Turnitin in Canvas can be used in two different ways; the full interface (Option 1), or only the plagiarism review (Option 2).

Step 1 - Click assignment.

On the Assignments page, click the three dots in the top right portion of the screen and select Turnitin.

Step 2 - Click 3 dots and select Turnitin.

Step 3 Enter required information and click Create Assignment.

Step 4 - New Turnitin assignment is added.

Step 1 - Click on Assignments

Step 2 - Click on + Assignments

Select Text Entry or File Upload, or, both options for Online submission type.

Step 4 - Select Text Entry or File Uploads

Once you select these options, Plagiarism Review field will appear. Click on the arrow to select Turnitin.

Step 5 - Enter Assignment data

Step 6 - Select desired option

Step 7 - Select Save

After submissions have been made, the similarity report will appear in the top right portion of SpeedGrader.
